Saratoga Tea and Honey Company is located on Broadway in Saratoga Springs. Owner Hayley is a trained chef and taster with a passion for sourcing the best teas around the world. She recently returned from a trip to Vietnam, meeting tea producers and drinking lots of tea! We welcome her here to share her expertise with us. We will brew 9 teas of varying production styles with modern and traditional techniques. By the end of the class, you’ll have a better understanding of what tea is, how it may be brewed and the benefits of drinking tea. Hayley will also bring a variety of tea and products for purchase that day.
